    Three minutes to begin: choose your life phase, up to three roles, and the three to six values you hold dear. Every affirmation is shaped around them, so each one feels meant for you.

    See the day’s affirmations before your practice. Dewlight gathers your personalised set into a preview you can read through. Pin the ones that resonate, or remove anything that doesn’t fit today.

Calm, beautiful, and the only mindfulness habit that’s ever stuck for me. What keeps me coming back is how much the affirmations resonate. The little home-screen widget catches me at exactly the right moments too. Lovely, calming, and clearly made with care.

  • Yes. Dewlight is £2.99, once. Less than the price of a cup of coffee. No subscription, no tiers, no ads, and every future update is included.

  • Low price, premium craft. Dewlight is made with uncommon care; it simply costs us very little to run. It's built lean and works on-device, so there are no servers to rent and no accounts to maintain. We pass that saving straight to you.

  • Not at all. Mirror is one of three modes, alongside Card (swipe and reflect) and Listen (your own recorded voice). Use whichever you'll actually do.

  • A library grounded in self-affirmation research, organised across 14 value categories. You can also write your own. Many regulars do.

  • More than you might expect. The research on self-affirmation points to durable effects: steadier under stress, less defensive when feedback stings, and a clearer hold on what you value. The benefits are real, and they tend to show up when the practice feels genuine rather than forced. We walked through the evidence here.

  • iPhone only, running iOS 17 or later. That covers most iPhones from the past several years. There's no iPad or Android version yet.

  • English and Chinese. English is the original. Chinese is newly available and still being refined, so a few phrases may not yet read perfectly.

  • Yes. Like every iPhone app, Dewlight runs sealed inside Apple's sandbox, so it can't change your system, your settings, or your other apps. It only uses what you allow it to, and each release is reviewed by Apple before it reaches the App Store.

  • No. Dewlight is secular and values-driven. Your values can be whatever you hold dear: spiritual, pragmatic, or somewhere in between.
